In that moment, through my lens, Chicago felt like Paris. The grand columns of Union Station, the timeless symmetry, the way the light spilled across the stone — it all carried a quiet elegance that transported me. For a second, the line between two cities blurred. The architecture spoke in a classical language, one that evoked the romance of Europe. This photograph reminds me that even in the everyday, there are moments where a city reveals its poetry — and sometimes, all it takes is light, structure, and stillness to see it.
